IN-STORE SHOPPING

Jupiter Games has reopened for in-person shopping!

• * Our new business hours will be Monday through Saturday from 12 pm to 8 pm. We will be closed on Sundays.
• * We have temporarily remove the Magic Singles kiosks from our sales floor. Singles will need to be ordered ahead. Appointments are no longer required, but please allow at least 30 minutes for your order to be processed before coming in to pick up your cards.

• * We are buying Magic Singles!
• * Card buys will be for Store Credit only at this time.
• * Drop-offs are quick and easy! Bring your pre-sorted cards up to the sales counter, we'll gather a few pieces of information, and we'll contact you a day or two later with your buy offer.

TOURNAMENTS & IN-STORE EVENTS

Is Jupiter Games offering in-store play at this time?

• Our first concern is for the health and welfare of our staff and customers.
• To that end, we've temporarily paused all in-store play in response to COVID-19.
• This includes both sanctioned and unsanctioned organized play as well as the use of our private gaming room, custom miniatures wargaming tables, and open play space.

Magic Singles Orders: PAY WITH STORE CREDIT or GIFT CARD

You can now pay for your Magic Singles order using Store Credit or a Jupiter Games Gift Card!

YOU MAY ONLY USE THIS PAYMENT OPTION IF:

• * You have existing credit on your Jupiter Games Store Credit account. Your Magic Singles order will be discounted by the amount of credit on your account and you will sent an invoice via email for any remaining balance due. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or electronic gift card, any amount due after your store credit has been applied.

• * You have a square cardboard Jupiter Games gift card. Your Magic Singles order will be discounted by the amount of your gift card and you will sent an invoice via email for any remaining balance due. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or electronic gift card, any amount due after your cardboard gift card has been applied.

• * You have an electronic gift card code from Jupiter Games. You will sent an invoice via email for your Magic Singles order which will allow you to pay via gift card code. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or with additional electronic gift cards, any amount due after your electronic gift gift card has been applied.

• IMPORTANT: Once your order has been submitted, send us an email HERE or a message via Facebook HERE with your full name, your order id#, your email address (if messaging) and brief description of how you will be paying for your order. For the most efficient service make sure you specify which of these payment options you will be using and include any cardboard gift card numbers, estimated store credit amounts and any other information that will allow us to quickly help you make payment. Failure to send this message WILL result in unnecessary delays in processing.

CONVERT YOUR STORE CREDIT to a GIFT CARD

You can now have your store credit or physical gift cards converted to our new Electronic Gift Cards!

• Send us an email HERE or a message via Facebook HERE with your full name, and your email address (if messaging) to request an electronic gift card, via email, for your strore credit balance.

Using Your Electronic Gift Card

• * You may use your gift card code as a method of payment at checkout on our new Online Store at https://jupitergames.shop.
• * You may use the "Store Credit / Gift Card" payment option at checkout on our online Magic Singles store at http://bit.ly/jgsingles and we'll contact you via email to complete your payment.
• * You may use your gift card code at checkout when we reopen our Retail Store for in-person shopping.
• * When you accept the buy offer we will send you an electronic gift card for the Store Credit (by email and within one business day, not including weekends. Your cards become the property of Jupiter Games and may not be returned to you.
• * You may check the balance on your gift card at any time by going to https://bit.ly/jggiftbalance.
