You can now pay for your Magic Singles order using Store Credit or a Jupiter Games Gift Card!

YOU MAY ONLY USE THIS PAYMENT OPTION IF:

• * You have existing credit on your Jupiter Games Store Credit account. Your Magic Singles order will be discounted by the amount of credit on your account and you will sent an invoice via email for any remaining balance due. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or electronic gift card, any amount due after your store credit has been applied.

• * You have a square cardboard Jupiter Games gift card. Your Magic Singles order will be discounted by the amount of your gift card and you will sent an invoice via email for any remaining balance due. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or electronic gift card, any amount due after your cardboard gift card has been applied.

• * You have an electronic gift card code from Jupiter Games. You will sent an invoice via email for your Magic Singles order which will allow you to pay via gift card code. You agree to pay, by credit/debit or with additional electronic gift cards, any amount due after your electronic gift gift card has been applied.

• IMPORTANT: Once your order has been submitted, send us an email HERE or a message via Facebook HERE with your full name, your order id#, your email address (if messaging) and brief description of how you will be paying for your order. For the most efficient service make sure you specify which of these payment options you will be using and include any cardboard gift card numbers, estimated store credit amounts and any other information that will allow us to quickly help you make payment. Failure to send this message WILL result in unnecessary delays in processing.

• Send us an email HERE or a message via Facebook HERE with your full name, and your email address (if messaging) to request an electronic gift card, via email, for your strore credit balance.

Using Your Electronic Gift Card

• * You may use your gift card code as a method of payment at checkout on our new Online Store at https://jupitergames.shop.
• * You may use the "Store Credit / Gift Card" payment option at checkout on our online Magic Singles store at http://bit.ly/jgsingles and we'll contact you via email to complete your payment.
• * You may use your gift card code at checkout when we reopen our Retail Store for in-person shopping.
• * When you accept the buy offer we will send you an electronic gift card for the Store Credit (by email and within one business day, not including weekends. Your cards become the property of Jupiter Games and may not be returned to you.
• * You may check the balance on your gift card at any time by going to https://bit.ly/jggiftbalance.

How does Contactless Pickup work?

• * YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR ITEM(S).

• * You may pick up your items ONLY during your scheduled appointment. If you cannot make your appointment you may reschedule your appointment online. DO NOT come to the store outside of the time slot that you booked when making your appointment online.

• * ALL items must be purchased in advance. You may not purchase additional items or "add on" to your order at the door.

• * You MUST wear a mask or other face covering at all times during your pickup appointment. It MUST cover both your mouth and your nose.

• * When it's time for your scheduled appointment, please approach our back door. One of our staff will meet you there to facilitate your contactless pickup. If there's no one at the door please knock on the glass and someone will be right with you.

How do I place an order for pickup?

1. 1.) Place your Magic Singles order online through this website.
   You will have the option to pay for your order with a credit/debit card or with an existing PayPal account.

2. 2.) If you would like to add any sealed Magic products, card accessories (sleeves/deckboxes) or other games, place a separate order through our new online store at https://jupitergames.shop.
   You will have the option of paying via credit/debit card or Apple/Google pay (depending on your device).

3. 3.) Once you have placed and paid for your order(s), book an appointment for pickup using our online scheduling tool at https://bit.ly/jgpickups.

When will Jupiter Games reopen for in-store shopping?

We do not yet have a solid timeline for when we will be reopening our retail store to in-person shopping.
