Facts about Shipment Orders at Jupiter Games

  • Jupiter Games does not accept returns on Magic Singles.

  • If you have a question or concern regarding your Magic Singles order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • Jupiter Games does not guarantee or insure, beyond the limits listed below, any package shipped via the USPS.

  • Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured against loss or damage up to $50, while orders shipped via USPS Express and USPS Express International are insured up to $100. Orders shipped via USPS First Class and USPS First Class International service, our default service level, are not insured.

  • We package all of our orders securely to protect against damage, however accidents can happen during shipping. If you believe that your package has sustained damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • Full tracking information is available upon request for all domestic shipments, and for international shipments using USPS Express service. Limited tracking information is available for shipments using USPS First Class International service. To request tracking information, or if you believe your order may have been lost during shipment, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • The customer is responsible for all customs and duties taxes. Jupiter Games will not intentionally under-declare the value of a package or mark it as a "gift".

Here are a few things you should know when placing an order:

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of cards fulfilled on any order or combination of orders. Should a card or cards be unavailable to ship for any reason, a refund will be processed for the unavailable portion of the order. In most cases, refunds are processed within 24 hours of partial order shipment or order cancellation.

You can pay for your online order via PayPal using your Credit Card or PayPal account. Payment by Cash or Jupiter Games Store Credit is available for orders placed in-store only. Please note that customer shopping carts are not accessible on our in-store Sales Kiosks, and cards placed in your cart online cannot be paid for in-store with cash or store credit.
