Jupiter Games reserves the right to refuse to buy any cards for any reason.
If approved, print out a copy of the email and your card list and send them, along with your cards, to our buying address:

Once your cards are received, they will be checked to ensure all cards listed are present and in the condition that was listed in your email. If there are any discrepancies in cards or grading, you will be emailed an adjusted total buy price before the buy is processed.
If your cards need to be returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. This can be paid via PayPal.
You can choose to receive payments via PayPal or check; pleased be advised that PayPal payments will arrive more quickly than checks. We are not offering trade at this time. Payments are usually sent within a 7 business days of confirmed receipt of your cards.

Make sure that the order of the cards you include match the order you listed in your original email. Both your confirmation email and your sell list email should be printed out and included with your cards. Failure to follow either of these steps will delay processing time and payment.
Package cards securely, making sure they are not able to move around. Row boxes and plastic card cases made specifically for trading cards are good choices for packaging, using packing material around the outside if necessary. You may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, though we suggest using a method that allows you to track your package. Please ship your order within 2 days of receiving your confirmation email. If your order is not postmarked within two business days of your confirmation e-mail, we cannot guarantee the prices at time of submission.
Jupiter Games is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Shipments from countries outside the U.S. will take additional time to process, and customs or import fees are your responsibility. We will email you with any fees associated with your package and they will be deducted from your final payment.
